Videos and music chould be converted before displaying at website, right?
after uploading they not converting in same moment when uploading. Upload process just uploading file. File become in Pending status.
After, crom script periodically check for pending files, and if it find it - perform background convertation.
So, just wait a little - videos should appear. Or (if no) - check cron installation.
