Need opinion on some dedicated servers

I need your help!! Do you guys have good expereince with dedicated server?  What hosting company you use?  I'm looking for a dedicated with cpanel and hopefully with RMS.  If they don't have RMS, i can always get a standalone RMS.  My site is down because i have too many deaf people using webcam.  Oh bother.  Let me know.  Thanks!

btw, What you think of HostGator dedicated server?

HostForWeb has been working good for me. I have a VPS solution for $79 a month that works very well. I also have my own RMS. Their tech support is johnny on the spot and knowledgeable.
