I'm not aware of any skins for the Flash applications, but you should search through the Market, in case there are any. You can also easily (well, somewhat) create your own skins for the Flash applications by downloading the Flash application source files, available from http://www.boonex.com/unity/forums/#topic/Open-Up-Andrew-Boon-.htm. To access and download the source files, you will need to be able to access BoonEx's SVN repository. You can download SVN from http://subversion.apache.org/. Windows users can also download TortoiseSVN, which is a GUI front-end for SVN, from http://tortoisesvn.net/.
