How do i explain to my members to use :

groups

how do members upload videos

how do members upload sounds

the most logical way that you would explain the use of your site, is to create a HowTo, or FAQ. going through each of the modules, and using it yourself to demonstrate how things work. you can use an application such as snagit or many others that will allow you to video your screen then post that video to YT

but there is no single answer on how to tell your members how to navigate your site.

I too feel the same way, using DosDawg's approach I am working on making 1-2 min videos on each mod I have. I think it is the best way to do this.
