Need some help with photo

All my photos are resizing at this size.

I want it to fill the column, I could not find the setting which is resetting it. can anyone point me.

To my knowledge there isn't an option to reset.
By default images are sized at 340 X 340 (double check in your admin panel)
To access the image resolutions go to your admin panel --> Settings --> Advanced Settings.

Someone with more knowledge might be able to help you out with this one.
