Need to add Admin

Hi I need to add more admins for my site how could this happen ???

I was told to edit the database directly. Open phpmyadmin and go to the Profiles table in my dolphin database.

Find the profile I want to make admin and change the value of the Role field from 1 to 3

Okay I entered MyPHPadmin I clicked my dolphine data base but found so many files such as: bx_ads_category ......

here I am stuck so please if you can tell me which file i have to find and how can i work in the file by changing the role

There is a free mod for this.

Go into Marker -> Deanos Tools (make sure it's the D7 one) and follow the instructions.

One of the mods features is to add more admins.

in dolphin 6 you just went into phpmyadmin and go to the admin table to create, not sure if 7 is different

I do this by using Deanos Tools Module ... very simple and easy to use

Go into phpMyAdmin, open Profiles table.

Locate the row where NickName is equal to the user you want be an admin.

click the pencil and in the "Role" fiel write 3.

Save and delete cache via ftp.

All done!

Upload files to root

Open admin, select 'Deanos Tools' and click install

Open deanos tools from module menu and checkmark ALL members you want as admin

Click 'Apply"

All Done! Even easier!

I'm one of those guys that thinks sending people that you don't know off to muck around in their databases is just asking for more headaches. Kinda like telling people they can just type 'regedit' and fix everything!

Yup. Open regedit. Expand hkey_local_machine

Expand Software

Expand Microsoft

Select windows and hit delete.
