New Install Issues..No Language File..Even English

I have spent quite a long time trying to setup Dolphin...I am very close to getting it all complete. My webmaster - installer had some troubles with some of the install, and it seems as though the english language file never got installed..Although most of the site is ok when I install mods it is an issue the text is all code text (ie instead of Blogs it is _bx_blog_Blogs you get the idea...Anyway tried to install the language file, and a posted language file without any real success in the admin panel...Can anyone help..My site is:

You only need to post your problem once. You already posted the same question at http://www.boonex.com/unity/forums/topic/Issue-With-Language-File.htm

In you admin panel, click Modules, Select all, then recompile languages. Also go to Settings>Language Settings and put a checkmark by the English Language and click compile.

Clear your /cache (except for .htaccess) and /public_cache directories via FTP.

The langs/lang-en.php file is created during installation. If you do not have one, then reinstall.

sorry about the double post...Just been anxious to get this up and been working on it for days...So if the language file is not working properly, and will not update the modules their is a major issue that can only be corrected by reinstalling??? I think that seems so extreme for a small issue...

Thanks,

Scott

yes you need to recompile your langauge files. it would be recommended by me and several others to turn off all caching during development stages, will only present issues for you.
