New Page

I want to create a page that has information about how to use the site etc.  So, in the admin panel, I went to the page builder and created a new page.  Now, I don't know how to get that page into the navigation of the site.  I know this is a basic question, but I'm stuck...again.  Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

You have to use the Site Navigation Builder for that. Just drag the "NEW ITEM" item to the place where you want your link in the menu. Define following URL in the popup dialog "page/[your page name]"
