New and installing

Im trying to get dolphin installed and struggling what to do with the Permissions page! 

how on earth do install the thing! 

Theres my problem any help would be greatly thanked in advance

You need to connect to your host via SSH and execute the following

chmod +x flash/modules/global/app/ffmpeg.exe

If you don't have SSH you may change the permissions for this file via FTP to 777
