When a new member signs up the system automatically generates a welcome message. The site admin receives a message as well, notifying that a new member has signed up. Well, every time that I (site admin) receive such a message it ends up in my spam box because that default message does not contain a subject line.

Well, I looked at all of the email templates from within the admin panel but can't find the email template that gets sent to the admin when a new user signs up ... which means that I can't fix that message either. I purchased a "professional" german translation (found via expertzzz) and that pretty much caused a ton of problems since the translation was just a bunch of crap ... zillions of errors, incomplete phrases, etc. So, please, can anyone point me in the right direction ... WHERE can I find the email template that gets sent to the admin when a new user signs up?
