New members are not able to join.

There is problem with join form.

When new member click join now button, "Loading...."button displays and never end.

so new members are not able to join.
Just in case, I have uninstalled all 3rd party module but still same.

Does any one know how to solve this problem?

Some file were missing so now it is working fine.
