New user. 90 days key questions

i am new to dolphin

my hosting company provided dolphin 6.1. i installed it and i really liked it.

what i want to know is if i buy the 90 day dophin key. will it automaticly remove all the adds and links to boonex or do i have to do it manually somehow??
