News feed and potential lawsuits

What does the Facebook patent for News Feed mean for BOONEX.

Seeing as how many services have been using similar technology far longer than Facebook, should clue you in to the validity of this patent.

I honestly wouldn't worry about it, as Facebook wouldn't have a way to defend any of their lawsuits. Nor, would I imagine, are they willing to go onto a witch hunt in the first place.
