Same membership level, new users have no chat or video or avatar photo.....
I have a major problem I have just found out about and not sure how long I've had it. I don't even know how many members are affected yet. I know that its not all as its not affecting me or an account I made as a user.
Problem is new members that join now cannot use the video chat or get there avatar pic to show. Old members can do everything they should be able to as far as I know. Problem is when did this start, who is new and who is old. I know for sure that all members that join now affected
New User Login > go to chat, > connecting......
Room loads but cannot see anyone in the room. Can see words in column to the right lobby (2f), cannot click to type, cannot see the image that should be of profile pic in the box. Cannot see text in the room from members chatting. Members in Chat room do not see the invisible member trying to access chat.
I don't know what it is but my business is open and this is a disaster as I opened on NYE and people are saying that software doesn't work don't go there, as my member come from facebook as I have a page there with 1200 Australian women that all talk to each other. I don't want this to be my demise.
