No cache???

I have disabled all the cache in my admin side, this i had to do for the proper functioning of my Forum and since then i have had the forums work..

My question here is, is it ok to have the cache functionality disabled??? If not what are all the cache i have to enable as a must one???

U may disable all cache. The only one issue with it - all pages will load more slow. But Dolphin will work as usual.

here i have been trying with the cache enabling and have found out that,

when i enable the JS cache it results in complete non functi, when i ckick on forums it gives a error page??

why does this happens? and this will make me never to have my JS cached?

as per your suggestion i will make sure i have all other cache enabled as i want my site to load faster...

please clear my other doubts..
