No email from Cron Job

HFW just migrated my site to another server, and I stopped getting notification from video/music downloads to members sending messages to me (admin). HFW is insisting that the path in my cron job is the same as previously. I didnt make any changes to my site...so I am stuck. Anyone has any suggestion?

Try entering a new cron job to replace the older one.

Perhaps your site was migrated over properly but not the cron job that fires off periodically.

It may be worth checking your Hosting providers control panel to see if the cron is firing.

Thanks for your both suggestions. After re-confirming the path with my host, I re-entered the cron job but stll no luck with getting emails. atleast, they fixed the perms that was changed due to migration and video/music now plays.

BTW, my API on my host server has been changed to from Apache to CGI, so not suure if it has anythign to do with my cron job email not functioning.

if you wish to be notified of every time a video or audio is converted on your site, you will end up with hundreds of not thousands of emails. the -q in the cron stops the emails from being triggered.
