No login prompt in chat for non-members

 Visitors do NOT get this when they come into my chat, but I see other dolphin sites have this. Also, I have permissions set so visitors CANNOT whisper, private msg, etc, yet they still can. Why is this? let me know what can be done. Thanks!

I have the permissions part solved, it's just the popup not working now.

I DO like Dolphin, but I have NEVER seen a software so buggy, especially considering all the updates over the years, yet some bugs from earlier versions still exist. Why someone would pay $xxx for something so buggy is beyond me.

I used to think Dolphin's video chat was a cool feature.  I have wised up,and now know that it's a colossal POS.

 Are they're any good alternatives that can be integrated into Dolphin easily enough?

 Chances are you edited your actions.inc. I uploaded an unedited copy and the prompt came up. I had done some editing to mine, and must have taken out that bit of code.  I had edited mine because when I logged in as admin, I had no avatar. There was a fix on the forums, all is good now.
