No rights for unconfirmed user

I want to see an unconfirmed user to see and to do nothing, just like a non-member (if I have banned all functions for guests). The reason is that I want to have a closed community.

Elgg has a funktion (extension) named "gardenwall" - is there a similar extension available for dolphin?

Could you not just set promotional level same as Guest?

After the login a new user in any case is a member and therefore can see profiles and more. You can not ban everything only for non-members. A non-activated member should not see more than a guest.

It also does not help if I remove all permissions for the member levels: different tables can see each member, independent of its level.

You can make the site by invite only and only allow members access.
