No-show Photos

Here's one - If a user creates a photo album, the album does not show up in his list of albums, even though it has been approved. Also, any individual photo uploaded does not show on the photos page. I can see the pics and the albums in the Photos admin panel. I can approve them 'til the cows come home, and if I search for approved in the admin panel, they show as approved. The user still can not see any of the photos or albums. Nor can any other user for that matter.

I have been testing features and for this have set up a few test accounts. So when I say "user" and "admin" I really mean me.

Thoughts?

I am having the same problem with Files & Folders. The only place that anything shows up is under "disapproved" and no matter how many times they are "approved" the folders & albums still show up empty and under disapproved.

What am I doing wrong?

I figured it out. Under settings/advanced settings/variables there is a check box for auto approve albums. Appears to be unchecked by default. If you check it, then clear the cache, the albums seem to work. Still doesn't explain why "activating" albums in the admin panel leaves them as "disapproved"

It's called FM, it's a term I have gotten used too using Dolphin...lol
