No subcription type after CCbill payment

Finally got ccbill working, payment goes thru and member level is upgraded, my only problem now is that when you click on "My Membership" there is no cancellation button, subcription box is empty, can anyone suggest a solution?..Thanks.

Disregard,,this is not recurring so there is no subcription to cancel...
