Non-Executable even though permissions set!

Hey! Everytime i try install the script, i come up with this error:

Now, i have tried everything! I mean, setting the permission to 755 or even 777, 744, etc...

How do i get rid of that error? At the time of installing, permission is set to 755. This is the location: http://www.dvzworld.com/install/index.php

If you set the permissions to 777 and still have an error contact your host as they may not allow the running of executables.
