Non-Logged guests unable to view Profile

When a guest visits my site I have it set so they can click on a featured member and visit there profile. But now the link redirects them back to the Homepage. I have cleared the Cache and have the permissions set correctly and it worked before the update.  Here is the example - Link to my profile http://fish4bucks.com/greg240 you should be able to view my profile as a non-member but it kicks out the URL and returns to the homepage. Any one no where the problem might be?
