Non-Members Are Viewing Everything, Why?

I have removed all privileges for Non-Members but they are still able to view everything.  Any apparent reasons why this might be happening, any solution to this problem?

Nevermind, i figured out the problem.  The site was running in "Free Mode" which i disabled.  I also disabled "Promotional Memberships"... Not sure which one was the fix, but that did it.

Thanks anyways, maybe another novice will have the same problem.
