Ok,
So with my Dolphin 7 installation, I am trying to make it so non-members can download a file.
However, in the non-member settings, I have all of the files permissions enabled, and yet they can not download.
I even tried to make sure in the Page Blocks page for Files View that the ACTIONS BLOCK was viewable by Members and Guests. Both boxes are checked.
How can I get non-members to be able to download files?
