Non-Members have unrestricted access!

I have setup various membership levels, privileges and prices, which so far seem to be working.

What does not work are the restrictions set on the Guest or Non-Member access. When access to a feature is completely disabled, they do not get access, but when LIMITED access is enabled (eg view only 4 photos a day), that feature becomes available without any restriction!

Restrictions seem to work properly on all other membership grades, so why does the Non-Member behave differently?

Unfortunately the system used to track these actions uses Member ID's, so as Non Members don't have an ID this cannot be tracked at the moment.

It stinks I know but as it's not a Bug but a Feature we're just gonna have to wait for it to be included.

I'd beg to differ Lancashire that this is a feature.  Not often I jump in on this side, but in this case it's a function that has an issue and is thus a bug.  Controlling who can see what and how much is a huge issue.  If images are set to private, are non-members allowed to view them if they have the ability to view say 4 images?
