Non visible Tabs in other members profiles

now i understand this might be a completely dumb question

my attempts are to spread the profile boxes across multiple pages in order

to keep the user profiles as uncluttered as possible

so far it has been a simple matter of copying the sql data to a new page

other then the friends box on the profiles page all has gone reasonably well

i have hit 2 problems

both of which most likly have a simple answer but have left me stumped

problem 1:

it seems once pages are made there is no profile submenu

so it leaves you stuck with returning to the upper navigation

no user submenu

example of missing submenu using Blogs Page through profile

blog menu

also seen above is what i am attempting

nothing special just a basic rearrange of the profile blocks using pages

the user name/ pic bar and the sub menu are missing from all pages created by myself

to fix this i was going to directly copy a "working" page

somehow im left thinking this would be unwise through sql??

problem 2:

new pages only appear to the profile "owner"

visible to profile owner

when on own profile this is what is visible

when looking at another users profile the results are different

other user profile menu nonvisible

as the aim was to spread the members profile content and leave their base information presented in an uncluttered way this missing menu causes a hole in my little row boat

i understand there may be a modification on the market to do something along these lines

but seeing as i am short on funds , rich in time and have chosen dolphin to attempt to learn upon

then i choose to attempt this manually

no offence to the brilliant minds who create whats needed for this script

any help would be appreciated

using dolphin 7.0.7
