Hi , my dedicated server was down yesterday & my host has fixed it. But I'm not able to connect to the chatroom & IM since then, it's forever "connecting". What's the setting I need to check ? Anyone can help? Thanks!

your AV chat? need to make sure they restarted RMS if they rebooted the machine. if the server was down, did they give you a reason why it went down? just seems odd that the machine would go down immediately after they recommend you pick up 1-2 GB more of ram. I've removed a few Ip's which were connecting over 50 times causing high loads. I've also finished repairing and optimizing the MySQL databases. |
I've requested HFW to restart the RMS but they asked me if they ever installed the RMS for me. The installation was done by Boonex since I purchased smartpro.
I've then asked Boonex & they asked me to stop & then run the RMS again. But I'm totally clueless on how to restart this RMS. Can anyone help? |
