Not all browsers are loading images

First off, I install dolphin 7.3 twice. The first time I installed it using firefox and images would only load using a firefox browser, the second time I reinstalled using chrome and images only loaded use the chrome browser. When I say images I mean images that where uploaded such as profile pics, etc. This has been puzzling me and I would appreciate any help.

ok now it just doesn't show up in members account but does on master account
