Not the right support from hosting tech's FILES

I am having a difficult time with file manager. I have communities that came off Ning archived on my PC and Laptop as add-on's. I am using Firezilla to place them into the file mamnage. I have been told 4 different ways now from the Tech's who I host from. None are correct. In the right hand column, I click on public_html then click on the add-on domain. There it opens and all the files are there. I am told to select all, then move. Thats not working. The blue folders, do I open each one then select all then move them or do I just click on the blue folders and they move? What about the blue folder called cgi-bin and the one called Dolph? Do I move those folders? Do I click on each blue folder to move them? Do I open each blue folder first? I have been told different by too many Tech's. Is there anyone who has used filezilla and moved this large of content? I would appreciate any help you can give me, I have 11 archived and they need to go into each add-on.

Thank you so much!
