Nothing is Saving in the Profiles. Nothing Sticks!

I am having a serious problem with my profiles.

nothing saves, and nothing sticks. (it's NOT the RED exlamation marks) . Even if it saves , it doesn't stick .

Please help....

i fixed the problem...

here is how i did it

setting -> Moderation Settings -> select option #2 -> DONE
