Notification Cut Off?

Dose anybody have a problem where a long message is cut off in the Notificaiton box?  

can you tell me the character count where its getting cut off at? i just seen a setting in admin where you can change from 1500 chars.

It makes sense if there is a setting somewhere. I couldn't find a way to upload a picture in the thread and I have to link it from facebook. Here is the message. It is even cut off the user name and it does not seem to wrap around.

first thing, is what was the problem with trying to upload a picture? where was you trying to upload a picture to on the site. were you logged in with your username password?

you have to create an album, but i think there is a default album to start with. then from there it should allow you to upload images to your album. i will test this later on today, but i am pretty sure that is the process.
