What do i need to do?

this is simple, you have not made the directory and copied a file..

you need to create  the skin005 in your boonex/modules/forum/layout/ folder then copy the file (params.php) /home/independ/public_html/modules/boonex/forum/layout/params.php file to the new skin005 folder.

Clear "All" cache the try again..
