 I have it mandatory to upload a profile photo when member joins. The photo does subsequently show up in the Avatar cropping tool. However, the photo DOES NOT upload as the member's actual profile photo. I want it to upload as the profile photo and avatar. How do I fix this?

Not sure what your meaning; on the avatar page there is a box to check that says.. Copy to profile photos album when a member uploads the photo for avatar it is added to the user's album. Is that your problem? ManOfTeal.COM a Proud UNA site, six years running strong! |

The problem is that although the "Copy to profile photos album" is checked...it is not associated with the cropping tool. So when a member uploads a photo during the join process and is taken to the avatar cropping tool, the photo is there to crop and create...but the option to copy to profile album is not associated with the cropping tool. So when a member crops/creates...it does not copy it to photos album. |
