One month after renting....still not working

I am disturbed by your lack of ability to repair your product. I rented the PRO version over one month now. Still not working.

You told me I needed VPS. I bought that.

You told me I needed SSL. I bought that.

I tell you I need your product to work. But it still doesn't. 

You say you have installed over 300,000 of this product, and mine is the first that has caused these problems. 

I don't understand that. I have TMDHosting. A host that your site recommends. 

I have done everything you ask/told me to do. 

And you offer me a "free" month rental of your product, because you could not get it working. I don't want a "free" month rental of "A PRODUCT THAT DOESN'T WORK". But i would be happy to "PAY" for a "PRODUCT THAT DOES WORK.

Just for the information about DkBp problem: Chat+ has been reinstalled and it's working fine now.
