I dont know if anyone can help with this - is there a way for that lovely little light to show when someone is actually on line and then switch off when they sign out.
I have tried adjusting the setting in Admin but its not helped the matter - as i understand it when they log on the light comes on and stays on for five mins or so whatever the setting is then it goes off and you have no idea who is around!
I know people are logged on because they aer showing up in the Shoutbox having a convo but its not appearent initially who is online and who isnt because they are showing with a grey light not a yellow on line one. Probably havent made that terribly clear sorry
