Orca Error

Hi,

When I click "Forum Home", I get the following error on top of the page (8 times):

Warning: curl_setopt() [function.curl-setopt]: CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when in safe_mode or an open_basedir is set in /home/wmalluju/public_html/inc/utils.inc.php on line 895

After the error, the site is loading normally. Why this error happnes? Please help.

"Manage forum" also not working properly. I can create groups and forums but there is no way to see the forums under each group. When I click on a group, the forums under that group is not showing.
