Orca Forum Error

What does this error indicate when I go to Admin>Modules> click on Orca Forums I get this;

Does the file /modules/boonex/forum/layout/wan/params.php exist in both the /base and /wan folders?

It was conflict with template, so we are now installing the Orca skin.

Joombyte (my host company) support was able to help me out and point out the error. Developer is updating site as i type this.
