Orca Forum Not Working After Site Move

STILL AN ISSUE SO IF YOU OVERLOOKED WHEN I THOUGHT IT WAS SETTLED, PLEASE LOOK AGAIN: I recently moved to a new server and successfully migrated my site and sql over to it. I made the path changes both to address the new root directory and table prefixes and it all appears to be working with the exception of Orca which resolves the page but shows none of the data. I know I had to adjust a path in Ray to get it correctly working but I found no such instruction when I searched on Orca. Anyone know what I missed?

UPDATE: Thought I had it fixed but here is what the Orca error log reads:

[09-Mar-2009 13:01:25] PHP Warning:  Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/pfn/public_html/orca/classes/BxLang.php:1) in /home/pfn/public_html/orca/inc/util.inc.php on line 294

The result is that when I try to post from within the forum as well as from within groups it freezes at "Loading Topic Page". It will let me create categories all day but I cannot post to them.
