Orca Forum - different forum posts on home page

On the homepage of my system there are the latest 4 posts of the forum, but when they are part of one topic, users see just 4 consecutive posts of one and the same discussion. Is it possible to make the settings so, that the users to see the latest posts of 4 different topics?
