Orca expanded view not Default...

Any of you know how to make the forum look expanded just like the forums here?

Any help? When you come to the boonex forum all the categories are expanded so you can see topics and counts etc

Also, what is the RSS location for all forum post? I was to display a feed of all forum post on another website.. thoughts?
