Hello,
1. During an upgrade from 7.00 to 7.0.1 to 7.02 to 7.03 to 7.04 to 7.05 to to 7.0.6 I received an Orca forum error, "Profile not available for view." somewhere along the way. This is what I have tried so far:
* recompiled forum module, then cleaned /cache & cache_public, then reloaded, error still exists
2. Also, it appears that my photos are not appearing properly: http://www.ldsrider.com/community/m/photos/browse/album/Barber-Motorsports/owner/kylelds, Profile not available for view
My website URL is: www. ldsrider .com
P.S. I searched the forums but I could not find any helpful posts :-(
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Where is this word community coming from in the URL.
If you take it out. http://www.ldsrider.com/m/photos/browse/album/Barber-Motorsports/owner/kylelds Then it appears to be fine.
Did you also move the site?

Thank you for your prompt reply! Regarding:
1. Where is this word community coming from in the URL. If you take it out. http://www.ldsrider.com/m/photos/browse/album/Barber-Motorsports/owner/kylelds Then it appears to be fine.
answer: This is totally a dumb mistake. Originally Dolphin was located in the /community folder. Then, I moved it to the root directory but forgot to update the URL....
2. Did you also move the site?
answer: No, I did not move the website anywhere. It is hosted at Arvixe and it must have been down/rebooting/etc. when you tried checking it.
Now the remaining problem is the forum. It is still not resolving properly. I am still getting the Profile not available for view error.
Thanks!

Normally that would indicate a .htaccess problem. But your other permalinks seem to be working, so tracking it down may not be easy.
You should obtain a full install zip file of the current version you are running.
Then reupload all the files from modules\boonex\forum
I suspect a missing or damaged file in your current install.

The answer to 2 is Yes. Moving from one folder to another is still moving the site. You said you moved it from community to the root folder, so it is still considered a move.

Do you have any other suggestions on what to try next?
Thanks!

Try uploading a new copy of the dolphin root .htaccess file to make sure the permlinks for it are intact.
Also.
Compair the contents of modules\boonex\forum on the server with the zip archive. See if there are any files that should not be there. Also try removing any .htaccess file from that folder.
You may need to take a more drastic step such as deleteing modules\boonex\forum from the server, reuploading and resetting proper permissions.

Hello,
I tried all three of your suggestions from your last post and this one worked: "...deleteing modules\boonex\forum from the server, reuploading and resetting proper permissions." Now, my forum is working thanks to you!!! :-) Thank you so much for your help! I really appreciate it!
