Orca not working - menu items greyed out

Ok, here is the latest fiasco.  I was trying out the phpBB mod that comes with Dolphin, but it didn't work with phpBB3 so I deleted it in the modules section.  I would rather use phpBB but desperately need to get my community going so was going to start a few limited boards in Orca.  Now, my menu items under "Forums" in admin panel is greyed out, and when I log on as a user I cannot open the forum folder and there is no "new topic" button.  Another member helping me test does get the new topic button, but her test post didn't show up in forum spy.  I don't even really want to use Orca but was hoping to until I figure out what is going on with phpBB.  Does anyone know what might be wrong?

Further detail to help analyze CALTRADE's problem.

I was able to click on New Topic in his Forum, and then clicked on submit.

It said  New Topic Has Been Successfully Created.

BUT.....when looking for the post...it is NOT there and it gives an Access Denied screen.

It also doesn't show up under Forum Spy.

Resolved - it was that ID field being reset to zero with no auto-increment that keeps happening on my system - this time possibly related to my attempt to use the phpBB mod.  I fixed all the "pre-forum" files, and it started working again.  Thanks for your help testing this Lorren.  Still would rather use phpBB though.
