Orca problems

Hi all, I know this is a funny issue where some have it and others are fine. I have searched around the forums and am yet to find a solution so your input and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The problem I have is I am unable to compile the language file or manage the forum at all?? I login to the ACP and click modules > Orca forum I am taken directly to the forum www.dollyparton.com.au/forum/ so I am logged in as the admin and still there is no option for manage or to compile the language file (EN)

Anyone know of a fix or work around? I have a custom template however even when I have changed the template back to UNI I have the same problem.

Thanks in advance.

should get you to the forum manager

for compiling, see if the link is there on UNI first, then switch your template and see if the link is there, testing the compilation both times.

your custom template may not compile, and it has been suggested by some, that you copy the following two directories, i dont agree with it, but will share with you just the same:

copy uni and uni_en to your local drive renaming them to your custom template, and see if that gives you any result?

DosDawg that worked a treat! Thanks for the link, I have had to save it to my browser favorites so I can continue to manage the forums as needed. The link allowed me to compile with the custom template no worries at all.

Thanks again.
