Orca tutorials?

I need a tutorial for the Orca forum. Where is it?

It exists only in the minds of members of this site.  Is there something specific you need to know?

I have 3 questions.

1. How do I make it so the Forum opens in the same browser window instead of opening a new window?

2. Can I give the dates an American layout for instance 04/28/2010?

3. Can the yellow folder and blue paper icons be changed or swapped out?
