I'm having trouble with my join form. It will register accounts but then will just "hang" and not refresh after someone presses the join button - obviously an unacceptable user experience. I have written Boonex support and they say it works fine, but it doesn't for me, and at least half of the people who have tried to register. My hosting company now thinks it may have to do with calls to external sites. They block port 80 but Boonex is added to their firewall rules, and that is the only site mentioned in their documentation rules. Are there other external connections they haven't told us about? What about that cooliris thing no one seems to like? Could that be causing this problem? Are there any other outbound connections they haven't told us about?
