Outbox reorder

Here is the situation.  You look in your outbox to see who you've sent a message to.  All it does, it shows  you as the Author.  I would like it to show the Recipient, instead of the author.  Afterall, it's my outbox, so I know I'm the author.

I am willing to pay someone for the code to change this around, so that when I look in my Outbook, I can easily see who I have sent the email to.

Any help would be appreciated.
