yes there is one thing... secure the GET command. Ask your hosting to do this for you.
This was for me on a dedicated server the best solution.

If you use cPanel's WHM , I suggest getting CSF from http://configserver.com. I use it to secure my dedicated and vps. Sorry it won't [quote]slams them with a couple thousand pop-ups[/quote].

What I like about CSF is that it is very easy to install via ssh and has a very nice interface in WHM that performs a basic security and settings check on the server and provides feedback that helps you lockdown the server.
