PAYFLOW DOCUMENTATION

Is anyone able to point me in the direction of documentation (yeah right!) for setting up Payflow?

I'm sick to the back teeth of not being able to find any decent documentation on here. Oh I'm sure its fine if your have grown up with Dolphin but for a new user, the lack of documentation results in massive frustrations.  Seriously regretting going live with Dolphin - as soon as I can I'm off to another provider.

AlextT made some comments on a post.  Let me see if I can find them.

Thanks love. I have searched for hours today!

Cant believe how bad documentation is around here!  Especially for something that involves taking money! Never get away with it in the UK.

With PayFlow, you have to have added PayFlow to your PayPal account.  Note that PayFlow has a monthly fee of around $20.00.  You have to have your PayPal account properly set up for PayFlow to work.

I can not get search results to load, keep getting 400s.  Send an email to uno@boonex.com and ask them how you are suppose to set up PayPal PayFlow.  I don't use it so don't have the knowledge at hand.

Thanks anyway GG.

THB I will probably just process renewals manually as I'll not be staying on Dolphin much longer. Far too many over promises and bug ridden software. Its a shame really as I can see that a few years ago Dolphin was top notch.  Sadly no more

I hate to see you abandon the platform, I have tried many and consider Dolphin first rate.

Unfortunately I just dont have the time to keep fixing things and spend hours on end looking  for documentation and solutions that just aint there.

I stand by my comments made on Andrews post about the new hosting company.  If you werent around when the initial versions came along you are at such a disadvantage.  I guess you have been through the pain. Shame Andrew couldnt be bothered to reply to my post. There are some really valid comments there which in my opinion need addressing asap or people just wont join or if they do, wont stay.

Once again I'm fighting with PayPal, I'm tired of it and broke thanks to another weekend of no successful payments. Not to mention the loss of confidence in the site from my members.

Think I have decided on the replacement, Oxwall.  Very impressed so far. Even has up to date documentation!  Its going to take a few months to get up and running so I'll be around for a little while yet.

BIG Thanks to you geek_girl as you've been the only person to reply to my posts and your  posts have been a great help!
