How can i turn on email notification for when a member comments on another member photo? or music, video, profile?

Do you mean as admin turn those on?  I do not believe such an option exists, the way you ensure you get an email is to subscribe to every user.  Otherwise, you can use the spy feature and just check it every now and then.

No, not necessarily to turn on in admin, you know like how facebook would notify you by email when someone comment on your photo, There was a mod for this in the 6.1.6, but it doesnt work for d7 because of differences with the db,

You can usually get 6.1x mods to work with a little tinkering.  If you want to monitor your own profile, simply subscribe to your own profile (you can) and you should receive notification about anything anyone does to it.

maybe subscribe may work for me, but i cant tell all my members to subscribe to their own profiles. well is there a way to make members automatically subscribe to their own profiles?

i guess i'll have to get someone to modify the mod for me, anyone interested?

i want the same, got any ideas?
