PHP Warning: popen...

Hi, I trie install the dolphin v7.0.7 but give same errors, coud you help me?


first started showing the following error

allow_url_include is on

so I changed the value of this field, which was 0 to 1 and ran, and then went to the page containing Directories, files
on them a message like this:

Permissions
Dolphin needs special access for Certain files and directories. Please, change the permissions specified in the chart below. Helpful info about permissions is available here.

and when I click next the following error appears

PHP Warning: popen (whereis php, r) [<a href='function.popen'> function.popen </ a>]: No such file or directory in E: \ home \ trading \ Web \ iFighters \ redesocial \ dolphin \ install \ index.php (1295): runtime-created function on line 3

I use the server is windows. how can I solve this error?
